As a administrative business partner, I have dedicated my career to the successful stewardship of projects, programs, and teams. My superpower is the ability to see the big picture while managing the details allowing me to deliver solutions that propel business priorities and enhance internal alignment.
At ease outside of my comfort zone, I am a creative problem-solver, who has ​successfully supported Executives and Founders, undertaking many facets of operations and project/program management.
This rich tapestry of experience serves as the foundation for my current role​ at Gensler; as an executive assistant supporting the Global Hospitality Leaders​​​​​​​​ turning strategic visions into reality and bridging the gaps between teams to foster organizational cohesion and drive engagement. Not only managing but enhancing cross-functional collaboration, ensuring initiatives meet their objectives not just efficiently and but innovatively.
